An excellent experience with Dr Bhat. The procedure was fully explained, there was a delay due to Covid, but again this was explained and options given, Communication was excellent and the experience during the operation was good. I was sent to the physio straight away and have seen a good recovery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Bhat.

Very easy and reassuring manner. Mr Bhat took time to explain my condition, the way the surgery would work, the possible complications and the best approach for recovery. The surgery itself was done quickly and successfully. I thoroughly recommend Mr Bhat.

My mother is 89, hard of hearing and quite infirm. She wasn't getting taken seriously by NHS, but luckily could afford to go private. The service she received was exemplary, each appointment was on the minuite. Dr Bhat has an excellent bedside manner, he listened, explained and checked my mothers understanding at each point. He was truly caring, despite my mums age. She mattered as much to him as a young person.. I was very impressed as was my mother. When she arrived for her operation, Dr Bhat met her personally in the waiting room, used her first name and was extremely caring to her as she was obviously a little worried. The operation was done quickly with the help of Lia and Mandy Lee who took great care of my mum. Pre operation every piece of information possible was emailed to us enabling us to prepare fir post operation. Dr Bhat also checked post operation that we were happy with everything. All in all a very satisfying experience
